Die S-Bahn ist 5 min zu fuß entfernt und die Ubahn liegt direkt vor der Tür.
Supermärkte wie Rewe, Lidl, Norma sind innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen.
Das WG leben ist bei uns sehr entspannt.
Wir sind beide Berufstätig. Außerhalb der Arbeit unternehmen wir manchmal etwas zusammen, sitzen in der Küche für einen Tee und quatschen oder wenn man etwas Ruhe möchte machen wir die Tür hinter uns zu. Alles kann, nichts muss 😊
Es könnten 2 Dunkle Ikea Kommoden übernommen werden von der Vormieterin.

Du bist in 5 Minuten an der Haltestelle "Buchforst/Waldecker Straße", wo die 3 fährt (ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Neumarkt), in ca. 10 Minuten an der Haltestelle "Stegerwaldsiedlung", wo die 3 und 4 fahren und in ca. 10 Minuten an der S-Bahnstation "Buchforst" (von dort sind es ca. 6 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof). Mit der Buslinie 159 erreichst du Mülheim und Kalk ebenso sehr gut.

Grillen oder Bierchen trinken einlädt. Da du durch Niklas Zimmer auf die Dachterrasse gehst, solltet ihr natürlich etwas Rücksicht nehmen. Niklas hat seine Tür jedoch ständig offen, sodass der Nutzung der Dachterasse nichts im Wege steht :-)
Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Dazu gehört ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Herd mit Ofen und eine SPÜLMASCHINE!!
Auch das übliche Küchenzubehör ist weitgehend vorhanden. Jedoch verlässt die Kaffeemaschine mit Anne unsere WG. Wenn du also zufällig eine hast, sammelst du auf jeden Fall Pluspunkte.
