Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar, da sich die Wohnung direkt in der Innenstadt befindet, man alles direkt vor der Haustüre hat und nichts weit entfernt ist. (5 min zum Marienplatz zu Fuß)
Ideal wäre wenn sich jemand im selben Alter wie wir befindet (20-23) und eventuell ein Praktikum oder ähnliches in München macht für diesen Zeitraum.
